Hadley loves princesses, pink, jewelry and anything girly. I did not form her to be this way she has grown this way and I love it. Tonight we had a party with two of her friends. It was a princess party. I am not really sure where this idea came from, maybe just her love of girls and princesses, or the cake we saw one time at Rick’s Bakery. However the thought came, it was a great idea. The girls had a BLAST. Hadley’s friends Charlie and Abby came over and we started off by putting on our princess outfits and then doing a craft. I made these wands for the girls that they could decorate the star on the end.
After we crafted the wands we attempted another craft I got off Pinterest but it was a Pinterest fail (that isn’t the original link but I can’t find it, I never actually pin the “pins” that I use, pointless huh?). I was sad it was a failure but the girls didn’t mind.
After we crafted the girls played for a bit while Peggy (Abby’s mom) and I cleaned up and got dinner ready. You may be wondering what a princess eats, well let me tell you. Macaroni and cheese with fruit!
After they ate their dinner they played before cake.
After they ate they put their dresses back on and played.
Then we pampered the princesses by painting their nails.
They girls ended the night by getting their hair sprayed with glitter. These three girls played hard, ran around, sang, danced, yelled, smiled and giggled A LOT tonight. It was a blast.
This also happened. Before cake. They are sneezing.
Here is one more picture of why boys (brothers) aren’t invited to the party.
Every little girl needs a princess party, I am so glad these little girls could come together and celebrate each other tonight!
